SAUNA ROOM

The Sauna uses dry heat to promote sweating, detoxify the body, relax the muscles and clear the mind. A few minutes a day is all it takes to look and feel better. The heat also calms the nervous system, helping to manage stress as you indulge in positive thoughts and escape from everyday troubles.

STEAM ROOM

The steam room uses moist heat to generate profuse sweating at a lower temperature than a sauna.Humidity levels of around 100% gently open the pores of the skin, and also the airways to improve your breathing and alleviate congestion. The moisture hydrates the mucous membranes in the body, making the steam room the ideal choice for those who suffer from dryness or respiratory conditions such as sinus congestion or asthma.
